Youth

Youth Group:

Our youth in 9th to 12th grade meet on the 2nd and 4th Sundays from 11:00 am to 1 pm in the youth room for Bible study and hang out time.  We always strive to provide a safe environment where youth can be themselves and fit into our group.  For more information please contact our Youth Director, Tim Richter.

Confirmation Class:

This class meets on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of every month to learn more about our faith, our church, and what it means to truly follow Christ in all areas of our lives.  This is a 2 year program for middle school youth, but can include older youth who are new to our church as well.

Gatherings and Retreats:

Every year our Florida-Georgia District hosts middle and high school youth gatherings in November at Lake Yale just outside of Leesburg, FL.  It includes speakers, bands, breakouts, games, servant events, and other great activities.  Every 3 years we also have a National Gathering for high school youth.  The next one will be in Houston, Texas in July 2022.

Servant Events:

Every year our youth participate in multiple service activities.  Some occur at church and others are out in the community.  They include helping with worship services, collections and drives for supplies for needy children and families, construction and neighborhood rehab projects like Habitat for Humanity, and outreach programs like our annual Trunk or Treat, Movie Night, Family Picnic, VBS, etc.
